Abstract Art ~ Hard edge ~ Contemporary Paintings

I have always been interested in art & enjoyed drawing pictures as a child. My mother in law took up watercolor painting & encouraged me to have a go.

In August of 2001 my husbands job moved us from our home in the UK to America. It took me about a year to find an Art class, but it was worth the wait. Under the teaching of Bob Jiorle my skills have progressed  more than I could ever have imagined, not only have I sold some of my work, I also won an honorable mention at the Riverside Festival of the Arts, Easton PA in 2005.

I hope you enjoy my paintings, they are a mixture of abstract & hard edge, using mainly acrylic paint but I also use paper, wood and various different mediums.
